Who is PEG?

There are over 63,000 dogs and cats in Clallam and Jefferson counties. What do all those pet owners do when their loved ones have a medical emergency?

That is a problem the Pet Emergency Group is trying to solve. Known as PEG for short, this all-volunteer run grassroots group is advocating for afterhours pet emergency care here on the Peninsula.

PEG started in _____ and has grown from a small internet-based community to a year-round endeavor. With a Board of Directors, 900 people on its mailing list, and 75 dedicated volunteers, PEG is fast becoming well-known in its community.
